This will be short, as it will be a rant...
So Obama is an angry black elitist man because of his ties to his pastor and some random guy he served on a board with who did bad things when he was 8. Right. Of course, this is a corporate media smear at its finest by not putting things in context. So, what is "news" today or, rather, what should be the "news" today given the gotcha paradigm?
This is my rant to semi-explain a question everyone, including me, has been asking: why won't the Superdelegates end this?
I apologize for being brief, but I must be in order to stabilize by blood pressure. Among the ridiculous things already discussed (and will hopefully remain part of the discussion), there are 2 things I would like to address here. One is obvious, the other not so much.
I have only posted once so I suppose I can be classified as a lurker. I generally keep to myself because most of what I want to say has already been said. Today, however, I want to offer my opinion on the possible lost opportunity for Democrats. Yes, I am an Obama supporter. To Hillary supporters: sorry, your candidate, in my framework, will not cut the mustard. Obama--or the idea of Obama at the very least--presents an opportunity to change the political direction of this country for at least a generation. Sadly, the swift boating and the lack of courage by Democratic Party officials minimize the chance for this historical opportunity each day. Let me explain further...
This is my first post :)
I must disclose that I am a huge Obama supporter. That said, I am exhausted and tired of the spin coming from the Clinton campaign concerning small states vs. big states and red states vs. blue states. It is ridiculous. There are three particular reasons for my angst towards these comments, which I will briefly expound upon.
